Organization Meeting
March 18, 2004
1. The meeting was called to order by Tom Duffey at 12:40 PM.
2. Roll Call
Present:
Jerry Ankers, Tom Duffey, Jack Gross, Bob Margolin, Vince
O’Connor, Leo Prosperi, Tony Rizzo, Jerry Ross, Margaret Stokes, and
Ray Schwartz.
Absent:
None
Also Present:
Dennis Catoe, Golfview Manager
3. Organizational Matters: Election of Officers
President
Tony Rizzo nominated Tom Duffey for President.
Margaret Stokes seconded the nomination.
Gerald Ross nominated Jerry Ankers for President. Bob
Margolin seconded the nomination.
There were no other nominations.
Paper ballots were used to vote for president. Dennis Catoe
and Jack Hibbs counted the votes.
Tom Duffey was elected president by a vote of 7 to 3.
Vice President
Vince O'Connor nominated Jerry Ankers for
Vice-president. Gerald Ross seconded the nomination.
There were no other nominations.
The secretary was directed to cast a unanimous
ballot for Jerry Ankers.
Secretary
Margaret Stokes nominated Vince O’Connor for
Secretary. Jerry Ankers seconded the nomination.
There were no other nominations.
The secretary was directed to cast a unanimous
ballot for Vince O’Connor.
Treasurer
Tony Rizzo nominated Jack Gross for Treasurer. Leo
Prosperi seconded the nomination.
There were no other nominations.
The secretary was directed to cast a unanimous
ballot for Jack Gross.
4. Adjourn
Jerry Ross moved that the meeting be adjourned. Jack
Gross seconded the motion.
The motion was pproved by a voice vote.
Tom Duffey adjourned the meeting at 12:45 PM.
