1.    Call to Order

    Tom Duffey called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM

Present:     Jerry Ankers, Tom Duffey, Jack Gross, Bob Margolin, Vince O’Connor, Jerry Ross,
                 Tony Rizzo, Ernie Smith, and Margaret Stokes.
Absent:      Art Lyall
Also Present:  Dennis Catoe, Golfview Manager

2.    Nominations

Nominations were taken for the office of President
Jack Gross nominated Tom Duffey
Gerry Ross nominated Jerry Ankers
Nominations were closed and a paper ballot vote was taken.  
     Count:  Tom Duffey (6)  Jerry Ankers (3)  
Tom Duffey was elected President

Nominations were taken for the office of Vice President
Ernie Smith nominated Gerry Ross.
Vince O'Connor nominated Jerry Ankers.
Nominations were closed and a paper ballot vote was taken.  
     Count:  Gerry Ross (4)  Jerry Ankers (5)
Jerry Ankers was elected Vice President

Nominations were taken for the office of secretary:
Bob Margolin nominated Vince O'Connor.
There were no more nominations.
Vince O'Connor was elected secretary by acclamation.

Nominations were taken for the office of treasurer:
Gerry Ross nominated Jack Gross.
There were no more nominations.
Jack Gross was elected treasurer by acclamation.

3.    Organizational Matters (Selection of Officers, Bank Account Signatories, etc.)

Dennis Catoe pointed out that we need to notify Art Lyall at least a week in advance of any meeting since he works for the State of Florida and he needs time to arrange his schedule.

4.  Adjournment

Gerry Ross moved to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 10:34 AM.
