Minutes of the Meeting
March 15, 2005
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Tom
Duffey at 9:01 PM.
2. Roll Call
Present: Jerry
Ankers, Tom Duffey, Jack Gross, Jack Hibbs, Vince O’Connor, Tony Rizzo,
Ray Schwartz, Margaret Stokes, Tony Valvo.
Absent: Leo Prosperi
Also Present: Dennis Catoe, Golfview Manager
3. Organizational Matters
A. Election of President
Jack Gross nominated Tom Duffey for
President. Jack Hibbs seconded the nomination. Ray Schwartz
nominated Jerry Ankers for President. When there was no second,
Vince O'Connor moved to close the nominations. Vince O'Connor moved to
cast a unanimous ballot for Tom Duffey as President. Jack Hibbs
seconded the motion. Motion passed by a 9-0 voice vote.
B. Election of Vice
President
Margaret Stokes nominated Jerry Ankers
for Vice-president. Tony Rizzo seconded the nomination. There
were no other nominations. Tom Duffey moved to cast a unanimous
ballot for Jerry Ankers as Vice-President. Tony Valvo seconded
the motion. Motion passed by a 9-0 voice vote.
C. Election of Treasurer
Tony Valvo nominated Jack Gross for
Treasurer. Tony Rizzo seconded the nomination. There were no
other nominations. Vince O'Connor moved to cast a unanimous
ballot for Jack Gross as Treasurer. Jack Hibbs seconded the
motion. Motion passed on a 9-0 voice vote.
D. Election of Secretary
Jerry Ankers nominated Vince O’Connor
for Secretary. Margaret Stokes seconded the nomination. There
were no other nominations. Tom Duffey moved to cast a unanimous
ballot for Vince O’Connor as Secretary. Motion passed on a 9-0
voice vote.
4. Adjourn
Vince O'Connor moved that the
meeting be adjourned. Margaret Stokes seconded the motion.
The motion passed on a 9-0 voice vote.
Tom Duffey adjourned the meeting at
9:07 PM.
