BOARD OF GOVERNORS

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

DECEMBER 14, 2006

1. Call to Order

Tom Duffey called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.

2. Roll Call

Present: Tony Valvo, Tom Duffey, Jack Gross, Bert DiDonato, Tony

Rizzo, and Margaret Stokes

Absent: Leo Prosperi, Vince O'Connor, Ed Davis and Jack Hibbs

Also Present: Dennis Catoe, Golfview Manager

3. New Business

A. Adoption of 2007 Proposed Operating Budget

An operating budget of $702,000 for the year 2007 was presented. This was up from the proposed 2006 budget figure of $649,000.

After a short discussion, Tony Rizzo moved to approve the proposed 2007 budget as presented. Margaret Stokes seconded the motion. Motion passed on a voice vote, 6-0.

B. Set 2007 Annual Meeting Date

Margaret Stokes moved to set the Annual meeting date at March 15, 2007 at 11:30 AM. Jack Gross seconded the motion. Motion passed on a voice vote, 6-0.

4. Adjournment

Tony Valvo moved to adjourn the meeting. Bert DiDonato seconded the motion. Motion passed on a voice vote, 6-0.
