Golfview Getting New
Neighbors
| Remember when Golfview was an
isolated gem, hidden from traffic and congestion? Now we will have two new
neighbors to the south on Lakewood Blvd. The first of these, Colonial Pointe, consists of 72 residential lots in a gated community immediately south of Golfview. The lots range in price from $2,000 to $20,000 with home prices from $190,000 to $297,000. |
A wide variety of floor plans are offered including two story models. At the present time, 15 lots have been sold. The Kash n’ Karry food chain has revealed plans to build a grocery store and retail site at Gladiolus and Winkler, immediately west of the Colonial Pointe housing development. The chain has more than 140 stores in Florida and expects to add a dozen in Lee and Collier counties in the next year or two. |
