| At this meeting "Three" (3)
directors of the Board will be elected to the five person Board for a
two year term, whose terms expired are Tom Revie, Gerald Ross and John
Wasem. Either one or all of these directors can be a candidate to
succeed themselves, as there is no limit on the number of terms a
director may serve. You do not need to be a year round resident or a United States Citizen to be a board member. The only requirement is being a unit owner or other eligible person (i.e. spouse of owner, or officer or stockholder of a corporate owner) A Unit Owner or Other Eligible Person who is interested in becoming a candidate for the Board of Directors must give written notice to their intention (You nominated yourself) to the Association not less than 40 days before the election, i.e. on or before the 18th day of January, 2008. Should you wish to nominate a Unit Owner or Other Eligible Person, other than yourself, you must submit the candidate's written permission to do so with nominations. It is also the candidate's privilege to furnish a candidate information sheet setting down their interests, background and qualifications., on one side of a sheet of paper no larger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches, which must be received by the Association not later than 35 days before the election and which will be sent by the Association to the membership along with the ballots, meeting proxies and Second Notice of the election which will go out not later than 30 days before the election.
