Owners or guests finding portions of the Westchester Common Areas to be in need of repair or maintenance are encouraged to report these situations to a member of the Westchester Board and/or a member of the Westchester Maintenance Committee. In the event that the situation presents an
imminent
danger to the safety of persons using the area, please report the
problem
