He's thinking of importing a pair of sea lions to rest mainly on the deck near the clubhouse, but also to scare away the alligators.
I'm not sure why he included this pic of El Capitan.
He also sent this picture. I think he's going to propose some cabanas in the clubhouse pool area and perhaps combining the two pools into one. Would look good, eh?
