Nearly 170 people gathered at the Clubhouse Pool Area for the annual Farewell Party on April 2, 2005.
With the possibility of impending rain, much of the activity was moved indoors.

Tommy O's mother passed away earlier in the week, but "Destiny" filled in very well as the entertainment.

Louise and Phyllis took tickets at poolside.	A $5 refund (due to lower entertainment costs) was given to each participant.	Quite an array of "C" food awaited the participants.
	We were fortunate to have the weather clear for the PM.  Both the clubhouse and the pool area were put to good use as people talked, danced, ate, and listened to the music.
	It's always a good idea to take "table" pictures before the food is served. Jim did a nice job of moving around the party and capturing photos of all these smiling people.
	Farewell to all the Golfview residents who will soon be heading to summer vacation locales.  May your journeys be safe and smooth and may you find your way back here for another great season in 2005-2006.	Our thanks go to "Destiny" for so ably filling in for Tommy O on short notice.  Their sounds were an important ingredient on the success of the party.
