Holly and Vince are visiting Hawaii (2/2-2/9).  Staying at the Mauna Lani resort on the Kona Coast (the west side of the "big" island), they have a lovely ocean view.

Vince was on the beach this morning (2/6/07) looking for signs of whales.  The first three pictures below show one whale (there were at least two) cavorting some distance off shore.

Later that evening we met a couple of "folks" you may have seen on the TV commercials about Cable vs. DSL connections, the Slowskis.

We went on a whale watching boat and saw lots of whales up close and personal.  Here are some pics.
